Dr. Christopher Arbaugh was born in Lapeer, Michigan. He spent his childhood living in both Michigan and Texas. Dr. Arbaugh obtained his Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University before receiving his Doctorate of Optometry at the University of Houston College of Optometry. He completed his patient care rotations with the University Eye Institute of Houston and the Dishler Laser Institute in Denver, where he focused on Lasik co-management, ocular pathology and primary care optometry. Dr. Arbaugh practices at both the Colorado Springs and Falcon locations. When he is not working, Dr. Arbaugh enjoys golfing, hunting, and traveling with his teenage son.
Dr. Tyson Reuter grew up on his family’s farm in Mitchell, Nebraska. After receiving his Associate of Science from Western Nebraska Community College, Dr. Reuter completed his Bachelor of Exercise Science with the University of Southern California. He obtained his Doctorate of Optometry at the University of Houston College of Optometry. During this time, Dr. Reuter completed three full patient care rotations. The first was with the University Eye Institute of Houston, where he studied primary care optometry. His second rotation was at the Dishler Laser Institute in Englewood, Colorado, where Dr. Reuter focused on Lasik co-management. For his final rotation, Dr. Reuter specialized in ocular pathology at Texan Eyecare in Austin, Texas. He is a member of both the Colorado Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. Dr. Reuter practices primarily at the Windsor location. When he is not working, Dr. Reuter enjoys hunting, fishing, gardening, and spending time with his wife and their three young children.
Dr. Audrey Merryman graduated with honors from the New England College of Optometry in 2004. After moving to Colorado in 2004, she practiced primary care optometry in Denver but recently moved to the Colorado Springs area and joined Alpine Vision in 2015. Dr. Merryman completed externships in ocular disease through the U.S. Department Veterans Affairs and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Indian Health Service. She also completed pediatric training at the Colorado Optometric Center and integrative public health training at Boston's Dimock Community Health Center. Dr. Merryman specializes in pediatrics, contact lenses, and dry eye treatment and management. She is a longtime member of both the Colorado Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. In her spare time, Dr. Merryman enjoys cooking, travel, and spending time with her husband Brian and her son.
Dr. Kimberly Breckon grew up in Twin Falls, Idaho. She attended Boise State University and the University of Idaho, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Zoology. Dr. Breckon graduated with honors from Pacific University College of Optometry in 2001. Her patient rotations included primary eye care and ocular disease management through the Jonathon M. Wainwright VAMC in Walla Walla, WA, at Pacific University Eye Clinics, and also at Patrick AFB in Florida. Dr. Breckon completed a residency in ocular disease and management at the Jonathon M. Wainwright VAMC and Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute. Dr. Breckon worked in several clinical settings in various states and Air Force bases. She is excited to be in Colorado and happy to call this her permanent home. Outside of work, Dr. Breckon enjoys singing, swimming, and spending time with her husband and daughters.
