Dr. Kimberly Breckon grew up in Twin Falls, Idaho. She attended Boise State University and the University of Idaho, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Zoology. Dr. Breckon graduated with honors from Pacific University College of Optometry in 2001. Her patient rotations included primary eye care and ocular disease management through the Jonathon M. Wainwright VAMC in Walla Walla, WA, at Pacific University Eye Clinics, and also at Patrick AFB in Florida.
